Pathway 6 assessment by Target USMLE Clinical Skills Experts Online will be on a Scale of 1 to 9 on each of the 4 components just like the real Mini- CEX Exam.

TARGET USMLE MINI- CEX MOCK EXAM
2, 4 or 6 cases mock
  • A Random Clinical Case from any organ system, any age group from any primary specialty will be tested by the Target USMLE’s CS expert.
  • Student will ask pertinent questions (History with the CS experts acting as their patient).
  • Student will perform PE on a patient (male/female) whom they bring for a video conference session with the Clinical experts watching them via camera online.
  • Student will present the case (summarize) to the CS Expert at the end of the encounter - History & PE findings, Diagnosis/Differential Diagnosis with Workup/Management plan.
  • Duration of each case mock encounter ~30 mins

*The cases will be scheduled 2 cases at a time on a single or multiple days based on mutual convenience of the student and Target USMLE CS experts. The encounter will happen over an online interface via Zoom/Skype. Pick the number of cases you want to practice, bring a patient and be evaluated on your readiness for the Mini-CEX! Once you checkout you will receive an email/ call to fix your appointment with multiple options to pick within 24 hours

TARGET USMLE MOCK MINI-CEX PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT
  • Clinical Skills Expert will give an oral report - an overview of your performance immediately after the case encounter
  • A written report will be sent with a detailed overview of your performance on a numerical Scale of 1-9 on the 4 parameters tested via email in 24-48 hours
  • Mini-CEX score performance evaluation report in email will also include suggested areas for improvement before you take the Real Mini- CEX.
